ADRENALINE MEDIA plc - Competition Terms & Conditions

By completing the competition entry form you will be entered into this prize draw and agree to be bound by these rules.
The prizes to be won are specified in the competition. Where necessary, suitable alternative prizes will be provided equivalent to or better than those specified. Prizes will be awarded based on a random selection from all eligible reader entries. The selection of winners will be carried out by Adrenaline Media plc. The decision of the Managing Director of Adrenaline Media plc will be final and binding in relation to all matters related to this Promotion.
Winners will be notified via the personal details they provide on the entry form no later than thirty days after the competition terminates. Adrenaline Media plc is not responsible for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by the potential winner for any reason.
Winners must respond within seven days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
Certain winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and, where lawful, participate in a publicity release within seven days of attempted notification.
There is a limit of one prize per person.
Incomplete and illegible entries will not be entered into the prize draw.
All material, copyright contained herein and data gathered via this promotion is the sole property of Adrenaline Media plc. All entries become their property and cannot be returned.
The competition shall terminate upon seven days written notice being posted upon the Adrenaline Media plc website.
Employees, agents and partners of Adrenaline Media plc (and any immediate family members of the same) shall not be allowed to enter the competition.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Adrenaline Media plc, its directors, employees, and agents from any and against any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Promotion or the receipt or use of any prize won.
By participating in this Promotion, you may periodically receive announcements from Adrenaline Media plc and/or advertisers or sponsors of this Promotion. If you do not wish to receive these announcements, please send an e-mail to enquiries@newsontheblock.com requesting that you do not want to receive such announcements and stating your e-mail and contact address.
Adrenaline Media plc reserves the exclusive right, exercisable at any time, without notice to amend, add to, delete from, alter, or otherwise change these Official Rules in such manner as Adrenaline Media plc, in its sole discretion, shall determine appropriate.
This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
