Birmingham based Curry & Partners is an established firm of Chartered Surveyors, responsible for the care of more than £750 million worth of client’s assets throughout the UK. Our Service Charge Management Department manages some 250 developments made up of approximately 8000 units throughout the UK. The team is headed by Brett Williams (Chairman of ARMA) and Bob Simonds, who have a wealth of experience in this field. In order to ensure the smooth running of our developments, we boast a dedicated team of property managers and property assistants who are qualified to IRPM standard together with a specialist accounts team who are the engine room of our business.
