We are a small firm of property managers who pride ourselves on the quality of the service we offer. We have concentrated on block management for nearly 20 years and are corporate members of ARMA.

We manage blocks from three to three hundred flats in and around Greater London, and in addition to the more frequently found lifts, car parks and gates, our properties have gyms, extensive gardens and staff. Of course, our smaller blocks may have none of these services, but they get the same attention. Our clients include investor landlords who own freeholds, Management Companies, Right to Manage Companies, and lessees who have purchased their freehold and retained our services.

Our main objectives are to deal with repairs promptly and efficiently and to look after our clients funds ensuring outstanding service charge debts do not mount up. We are very aware that we are spending other people’s money and so we work very closely with our clients on the preparation of budgets and monitoring the expenditure against budgets.
