We manage 200 prestigious residential buildings in and around the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham and Wandsworth, and these comprise a combination of mansions buildings, purpose-built blocks and converted Victorian and Georgian properties. We have over 30 years experience in proactively and successfully managing buildings in the local area.

We are a proud corporate member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and strive to exceed the guidelines laid down by ARMA via our commitment to both client and staff through continuous training. ARMA requires that all corporate members undergo an annual - and independent - audit of the agent's client accounts.

Our company strategy is to grow organically in a measured and controlled fashion and as such we have always resourced Farrar Property Management to enable us to take on new buildings without having to recruit after the event. Given this, we are confident that we have the skills sets and resources in place to provide you with the excellent service currently enjoyed by our present clients.

Farrar recognises the importance of handling client funds and finances, and as such we place great emphasis on assembling a first class team of accounts professionals. We employ four full time property managers with considerable property management experience behind them, who are assisted by three full time property management assistants. Two teams of property management staff ensure there is always cover and continuity. We are fortunate to go against the norm within our sector (where there is often a high turnover of staff) whereby we retain a motivated, committed and talented group of property managers.

Each member of the property management team is an Associate or full Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM), an offshoot of ARMA, confirming each individual's commitment to this sector, to the Company and to his/her customers. The IRPM provides an ideal professional qualification for our staff - a unique qualification for residential property management.
