Hobdens Property Management Ltd are a family run managing agent, situated in Littlehampton, West Sussex. Established in 1946, Hobdens can offer a personal service to Clients, be they Resident Management Companies, Landlords or Developers. We manage blocks of flats of all sizes, private estates and roads in West Sussex, predominantly along the coast from Chichester to Hove but also up to Horsham. We are long standing members of ARMA and are also FSA registered. We can offer surveying experience and have good relationships with an extensive network of local contractors. In November 2008 we moved to new more spacious offices in Littlehampton, which has enabled us to expand our workforce as well as providing meeting facilities for Clients and added storage space.
