More recently, he has assisted clients with the procurement process. As Managing Director he is responsible for all operational and commercial aspects of the business.
Daniel Legg BSc (Hons) MRICS IMaPS
Profile: A chartered building surveyor, and director at Keegans, Daniel heads up the private sector residential and commercial building surveying team. He has over 20 years experience in delivering building surveying services to a mixed portfolio, including residential, education and commercial projects. Daniel is also a principal designer under the CDM 2015 regulations.
Emma Yeates BSc(Hons)
Profile: A building surveyor and associate director, Emma has over 16 years experience in delivering building surveying services to the private residential sector. She continues to maintain a ‘hands on’ approach to building surveying, including a range of professional work from building inspections and reports, producing specifications of works and CAD drawings, tendering projects and reporting back to the client, contract administration and managing projects throughout the construction phase, planning and listed building applications, insurance re-instatement valuations, dilapidations and licence for alterations.
Neal Highfield BSc (Hons) MRICS
Profile: Neal is a chartered building surveyor and associate director, working with the private sector building surveying team serving a variety of clients including residential management companies and commercial clients and delivering on a wide range of projects. Duties include acting as contract administrator for refurbishment contracts, with a remit ranging from internal and external repairs and redecorations to prestigious residential blocks and roof renewal works. Other professional experience includes gaining licence for alterations, party wall awards, preparing planned preventive maintenance plans and reports, investigation and diagnosis of building defects.
Waseem Riaz BSc (Hons) MRICS
Profile: Waseem is a senior chartered building surveyor with over 12 years experience in private consultancy firms. He provides a broad range of project and professional services for a variety of public and private sector clients. He is a motivated, proactive and enthusiastic surveyor with excellent communication skills. Waseem is a determined, well-organised individual who is adaptable, working effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
