What others say about them:

“Granville & Company have worked with Keegans surveyors for the last 10 years. During that time they have worked closely with Granville and Company as managing agents. They have prepared Capital Expenditure Plans for a number of our blocks and have worked with the Property Managers to implement the suggestions/findings.

“Keegans have been more than accommodating and attended meetings with Boards of Directors to explain the works that are required. They have also attended Annual General Meetings with the Property Managers when residents have posed objections and queries with regard to the nature of the works involved. Keegans have been knowledgeable and understanding of the queries raised and provided good advice. The most complex job was in Chelsea, where new water, gas and electricity were brought into the block, the communal boiler was decommissioned, and asbestos removal works carried out. The project came in on budget and in time.

“Granville & Company would have no hesitation in appointing Keegans on future projects or recommending them to others.”
