Profile: Following several years working within the property management industry, Joe Tona established Property Debt Collection Limited in 1993.
Joe’s inspiration for the business came about when he noticed that only a small percentage of tenants made payment on time, despite having set credit control procedures in place. Wanting to develop an alternative, more cost-effective route for landlords and managing agents to pursue their debts, without incurring expensive solicitors and court fees, Joe set up Property Debt Collection Limited.
