What they say about themselves

Brady Solicitors is an award-winning, niche property law firm with a strong heritage in property litigation and the property management sector. With a keen focus on driving innovation, Brady Solicitors pioneered the ‘no win, no fee’ approach to service charge and ground rent recovery back in 2008, an approach that has largely been adopted within the industry and become the norm for arrears recovery.

Through careful recruitment, we’ve added to our renowned residential property management team with talented commercial, mixed-use and conveyancing solicitors, allowing us to expand our specialist service offering to our clients. The recent additions allow us to be able to handle all property related matters in-house, making us a one stop shop for clients. From recovering high volume arrears, advising on complex property management litigation issues to bringing or defending a case at the FTT, our specialist legal property solicitors have the knowledge and experience to assist. With an extensive client portfolio that holds some of the UK’s largest and most successful property management companies on its books, Brady Solicitors is a market leading property law firm that is run for the long term.

As a specialist firm we have always believed (and encouraged) property managers to demand more from their legal providers. We have a relentless focus on continual improvement and invest heavily in our people, our knowledge and our systems to ensure that we remain at the very top of our game, whilst contributing to raising standards within the industry for the benefit of our clients. Our approach is shaped by the three R’s: Relationships, Results, Resource and, whether we are working with ground rent investors, tenants, owner-occupiers, property developers, estate agents, landlords, or property managers, our aim is always to achieve the best outcome for the client.

Company history and information

Brady Solicitors has achieved substantial growth and success since the firm’s formation back in 2008. MD and founder, Clare Brady, established Bradys with a keen focus and drive to change expectations, and to provide an esteemed, client centric service within the industry. With headquarters in Nottingham and an office near the FTT in London, Brady Solicitors employs 30 people. The team is made up of experienced solicitors, trainee solicitors, paralegals, IT experts, marketing specialists, a knowledgeable finance department and a skilled business support team. There is no regional focus, the firm works with many of the leading property management companies across England and Wales, holding over 200 clients on its books. With a dedicated in-house IT team, Bradys are able to continually review and improve workflows, whilst offering a bespoke service for clients depending on their requirements. Response times Brady Solicitors allocate a key contact, with a direct line, to each individual client; ensuring advice and support is always on hand. Along with regular client meetings, clients benefit from detailed reports, monthly update emails, and case reports. Outside of office hours, clients can obtain the updates and reports they require by accessing Fileview, a sophisticated online reporting tool. As a firm we are empowered to engage in open communications with all parties involved in matters. We endeavour to return phone calls and emails within 24 hours, reply to letters within 48 hours, and answer incoming calls into the office within three rings.

What others say about the company

“We have been working with Brady’s for over a year – they have been pursuing arrears for cases for us post-judgement, where mortgage companies refuse to pay without a Section 146 being issued. Brady Solicitors have delivered consistently and successfully, and to a good service level. We were allocated specific contacts, and support has always been available. Bradys have always been available to talk matters through, and will happily assist and give free advice.”

Terry White, Managing Director, Crabtree Property

“We have worked with Brady Solicitors for three years now. We’ve always found them to be prompt and efficient. They always answer phone calls and emails very promptly, and we’ve found they deliver good results in service charge and ground rent arrears debt collection. I would recommend them with no hesitation at all.”
