Company history and information
Brady Solicitors has achieved substantial growth and success since the firm’s formation back in 2008. MD and founder, Clare Brady, established Bradys with a keen focus and drive to change expectations, and to provide an esteemed, client centric service within the industry. With headquarters in Nottingham and an office near the FTT in London, Brady Solicitors employs 30 people. The team is made up of experienced solicitors, trainee solicitors, paralegals, IT experts, marketing specialists, a knowledgeable finance department and a skilled business support team. There is no regional focus, the firm works with many of the leading property management companies across England and Wales, holding over 200 clients on its books. With a dedicated in-house IT team, Bradys are able to continually review and improve workflows, whilst offering a bespoke service for clients depending on their requirements. Response times Brady Solicitors allocate a key contact, with a direct line, to each individual client; ensuring advice and support is always on hand. Along with regular client meetings, clients benefit from detailed reports, monthly update emails, and case reports. Outside of office hours, clients can obtain the updates and reports they require by accessing Fileview, a sophisticated online reporting tool. As a firm we are empowered to engage in open communications with all parties involved in matters. We endeavour to return phone calls and emails within 24 hours, reply to letters within 48 hours, and answer incoming calls into the office within three rings.
Training and development
Brady Solicitors invests heavily in training and developing its employees, providing paralegals and legal executives with a clear route to qualifying as a solicitor. Each member of staff undergoes a specific training schedule, which includes training on IT processes, workflows, sales, client care, telephone and conflict resolution, and drafting correspondence. Technical and legal based training is provided through a mix of in-house training sessions and external providers. Legal trainees spend part of their traineeship on secondment with clients. Use of technology As keen adopters of technology, Brady Solicitors invests in developing and improving its IT systems. The company operates a paperless office, meaning investment into new hardware and software is crucial. The firm’s strong and established IT team work closely with clients to provide a seamless service between Bradys’ arrears recovery services and the client’s credit control function. Professional memberships Brady Solicitors’ professional memberships include ARMA, ILEX, the Law Society, and the Property Litigation Association.

Clare has 18 years’ experience in resolving property disputes, ranging from managing complex litigation to developing streamlined debt recovery processes. Clare is a member of the Property Litigation Association, and an affiliate member of ARMA. Clare launched Brady Solicitors to offer new levels of service to property managers. With a legal background and over 15 years’ business development experience across a variety of industries and markets, Colin Hussey brings high-level sales and marketing expertise to drive forwards Brady Solicitors’ growth in the property management industry. He oversees all business development activity and is also responsible for Brady Solicitors’ market-leading client care programme.
