We are a specialist independent agency providing block management services in South West London that are local, accessible and tailored to each of our clients’ individual needs. Our service is built around mixing both personal face-to-face contact with full online access for landlords, directors and leaseholders.

We offer clients a full management package with an automated service charge process, client and contractor/customer relationship management online system with email and SMS text alerts, electronic storage of documentation for full disclosure and access 24/7.

Using a full bespoke online system, and with face to face contact as needed, we can overcome most common issues that arise from poor communication, slow response time and lack of accountability or accessibility. We encourage our clients to follow and assess our activity using an ID and password log in – this gives them access to job progress, documents, accounts, reports and service charges due/received as well as contractors invoices and contact details.

Moss & Co are members of ARLA (the Association of Residential Letting Agents) and are regulated by the Property Ombudsman, giving our clients and anyone who deals with us recourse to a government arbitrator in the event of a serious complaint. We are members of ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents) membership and adhere to the high standards and codes of practice required.

Profile: Graduating with an honours degree in Chemistry, Jonathan taught at local secondary schools for several years before leaving to start a business in Residential lettings and property management in 1992.  Block management has become a serious part of the business in the last few years and Jon has continued to develop a bespoke online system which provides transparent and efficient communication for his clients

 

Ivria Cope, Block Manager

Profile: Ivria was home tutored achieving straight A’s at A level and awarded a First Class honours degree in Japanese and Asian Pacific studies.  She has quickly risen to head our block management department, has a keen eye for detail and is has a calm, efficient and delightful personality.
