Whilst we are happy to work with properties of all ages, if you are developing a site we like to be involved at the earliest possible stage. This means we can offer our experienced guidance and advice on future management of the buildings, including advice on finishes, security and suitable materials that avoid expensive maintenance fees in later years, so your purchasers can benefit from well-designed future management.

As an ISO 14001 accredited organisation, we try to minimise the use of paper. We communicate through phone, emails, e-shots and e-newsletters to residents. Lessees have 24/7 access to our online portal to view their rent service charge accounts, request maintenance, view invoices and see what is happening in their development. We also hold resident meetings at least once per year.
