Boardroom Brunch

A unique opportunity to join like minded professionals to discuss and solve key industry issues over a light breakfast followed by a networking lunch.

During the morning, you will have the opportunity to listen to a keynote speaker followed by an open, thought-provoking boardroom discussion examining the issue in depth. We ask that you submit your questions prior to the event to maximise learning and promote debate. 

The first boardroom brunch will be presented by Cassandra Zanelli, Partner at Taylor&Emmet LLP and will tackle the troubles with Property Management and how to avoid/resolve them. Some of the areas which will be covered are: 

• Dealing with dysfunctional leases;
• Dealing with dysfunctional leaseholders;
• “Usual Suspect” claims against agents (and how these can be avoided)
• Facing a leaseholder coup – where they might come from, and what you can do
