Shaun Harris, Managing Director, Harris Associates
As managing director Shaun provides the management and strategic direction for the company. With over 30 years’ experience in the industry Shaun has worked within the residential, commercial, public and private sectors providing all aspects of building surveying and project management services. Areas of expertise include due diligence, acting as landlord’s surveyor in the context of licences to alter and landlord and tenant related advice. Shaun also provides bespoke advice and direction as Retained Surveyor for major residential estates and developments, providing an all-encompassing “total” one stop shop range of services. Working closely with management boards Shaun deals with everything from the preparation of asset management plans, contract administration of major works contracts, funding control and financial forecasting, through to licence to alter administration and guidance, future proofing and statutory compliance.
