The next event in the ‘Boot Camp’ series is designed to introduce professionals in the Property Management industry to the Tribunal process and examine the relevant skills required. This invaluable session will be hosted by Judith Goulden, a former Judge, First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) with over 17 years experience in chairing property disputes.
This is the way it is:
- A lack of Tribunal skills could result in a good case being lost for your Client or a bad case against your Client succeeding.

Using anonymised examples from cases before the Tribunal, this workshop will flag up problems which arise on a frequent basis, together with some practical advice on how to avoid them – or limit the damage. Audience participation is encouraged!
