Property Management Boot Camp

Imagine waking up in the morning, switching on the news and seeing a block you manage has suffered a major loss. The media are on site and you are not even dressed yet!

Cassandra Zanelli, Partner at Taylor&Emmet and Paul Robertson, Managing Director at Midway Insurance are your boot camp instructors on their toughest boot camp to date. This is not for the feint hearted and at least three years’ experience in property management is recommended unless you have attended one of their previous events.

Attendees will be provided with a sample lease and insurance schedule for prior reading (at least one hour is recommended) and the day will be based on these innocuous looking documents. Expect the unexpected!

How will the insurer respond to the claim? Will the most important piece of legislation in insurance for over 100 years “the insurance act” affect the outcome?

Who is responsible? Who is to blame? All will be revealed on the day!
