Enfranchisement and Right To Manage Awards 2012

 

The Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards 2012 (the ERMAs) recognises the excellence and professionalism of all specialists working in this industry both at an individual and company level. The awards will be held at The Congress Centre, 23 - 28 Great Russell Street, London, WC1B 3LS, on May 24th 2012.

There awards are judged based on a set of comprehensive entries from industry professionals against a range of specialist criteria which includes quality of service, case studies, technical expertise, skill and knowledge in work undertaken.

The judges also have the discretion to make a "Highly Commended" Award in deserving cases.

The Awards categories are:
Barrister of the Year
Chambers of the Year
Solicitor of the Year
Solicitors Firm of the Year
Valuer of the Year
Valuers of the Year
Regional Professional of the Year
Young Professional of the Year
Expert Witness of the Year
Outstanding Achievement Award

How to enter
Entries to the ERMAs 2012 should be made on the entry form available from events@newsontheblock.com or visit www.theermas.co.uk. There is no charge to enter the awards.

News on the Block invites the UK Enfranchisement and Right to Manage industry to submit their completed entries to our independent panel of experienced judges.

There is still time to  nominate those individuals and organisations who have impressed you over the last year and also to consider your own entry to the Awards. The nomination process will only take you a few minutes. There is no cost to submit a nomination and you can choose to be entered into a prize draw to win an amazing prize of a Kindle or an Apple TV (subject to our terms and conditions which are on the Awards website). Judging Process
Each category will have a shortlist of finalists decided upon in advance of the awards ceremony. Each finalist will receive a mention at the Awards. There will be one winner for each award category announced at the awards ceremony. Judges may make a Highly Commended award at their discretion. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Benchmarking Process
News on the Block contact companies and ask them which companies or individuals they would expect to see (or not see!) shortlisted in the various categories for this year’s awards. The companies contacted participate on the basis of confidentiality, and come from a variety of disciplines: barristers, solicitors, valuers, freeholders, leaseholders etc. This exercise helps inform the independent judging panel and protect the integrity of the awards.
