A newly qualified solicitor is to specialise in litigation for boutique law firm Property Management Legal Services

Georgia Ball has been admitted to the roll of solicitors after completing her training contract with PMLS.

As a trainee solicitor, she specialised in litigated leasehold matters together with enfranchisement, right to manage and lease variations.

The 25-year-old was also a finalist in the ‘rising star’ category at the Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards (ERMAs) 2023.  She was highly commended.

She will now focus on litigation for the award-winning firm, including court and tribunal proceedings.

Cassandra Zanelli, CEO and founder of PMLS, said: “Georgia has impressed the team with her dedication and diligence ever since she joined us.

“She is an up-and-coming lawyer in this niche area of law and is quickly establishing her reputation as a specialist in her field.”

“We look forward to supporting her future development now that she has qualified.”

Georgia graduated from Northumbria University with a Masters in Law with first-class honours.

Her highest grades were achieved in the fields of property law and practice.

She also gained an honour roll certificate whilst at university for achieving within the top 10 per cent of all law students in the year 2018-2019.

Georgia worked at HM Courts and Tribunal Service before joining PMLS.

She is a keen traveller, having taught at schools in Thailand, and is currently challenging herself to learn Italian.

Georgia said: “I’m delighted to be continuing my career with PMLS, which has been such a supportive place to be a trainee solicitor, and I thank Cassandra for all of her guidance.

“I am also looking forward to specialising in the field of litigation. This is one of the areas in which PMLS is rightly recognised nationally for its expertise and it is very exciting to be part of that work.”
