Another addition to the MetroPM team

MetroPM, the established residential property management firm with offices in Birmingham and Cheltenham, has recruited Anna Ayres as an apprentice administrator to work in its customer service team.

Matthew Arnold, managing director and founder of MetroPM, said: “Anna’s role will focus on front-end customer service delivery, management of contractors and assisting the team with ensuring compliance matters are tracked and completed.”

Established 15 years ago, MetroPM is enjoying a period of growth based on its experience and the trust of client and customers alike.

Mr Arnold added: “Our success is based on understanding our clients’ needs and listening to our customers – working with all stakeholders. All our team are focused on delivering exceptional service and we are delighted to welcome Anna into the team at MetroPM.”

She joins MetroPM with a degree in Criminology and Law, and in her spare time is learning sign language and enjoys keeping fit.

Her appointment follows a period of growth in staff numbers at MetroPM with Ian Smallman joining earlier this year as a director, former Wright Hassell senior partner Richard Lane as a consultant, and Jean Brown as property manager in the firm’s Cheltenham office.
