Brady Solicitors growth continues into the new year with two new hires

Brady Solicitors are delighted to announce the appointment of a new Head of Enfranchisement, Analise Broomhall, and a new Enfranchisement Solicitor, Rebecca Say. Working at the  firm’s Nottingham offices, both Analise and Rebecca will be providing enfranchisement services, right to manage applications, and providing support to a busy lease extension team.    “We are thrilled to welcome Analise and Rebecca to the team. Enfranchisement and lease extensions are a continually growing area of work for us, with residential leases getting older, mortgage lenders more demanding and leaseholders more aware of their rights. Our clients recognise they need an expert to guide them through the relevant processes, which is why we’re so pleased to have gained the expertise of Analise and Rebecca.” Clare Brady, Managing Director at Brady Solicitors says.    Analise and Rebecca join Brady Solicitors with a wealth of experience, having both previously worked at SLC Solicitors for 11 years and 14 years respectively. As some of the most experienced enfranchisement practitioners in the property management sector, their appointments are a testament to Brady Solicitors’ desire to further develop their offering to the sector.    Analise says:    “I have long been aware of Brady Solicitors due to their strong reputation within the industry and so when the opportunity arose, it made sense to join a firm that puts innovative client solutions as their key focus.”   Rebecca says:
“Having enjoyed working within the leasehold property sector, having the opportunity to continue doing so, but within a firm focusing solely on providing a complete service to clients in  that area really appealed to me. I’m delighted to have joined Bradys and am beginning to feel settled already.”
