With an impressive track record and a strong presence in the Block Management community, Emma will play a pivotal role in representing the values, vision, and ethos of Connectus. Her expertise will further elevate the company's brand, solidifying its position as a trusted recruitment partner.
Emma will work closely with Connectus’ leadership team on business strategy and further streamlining processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness, sharing valuable knowledge and insight from her time on the other side of the recruitment process, having been a Hiring Manager herself throughout her career. Emma will also provide valuable, industry-focused training to Connectus’ growing team of Recruiters with a further two joining at the end of the month.
