We are delighted to be welcoming you back for the ERMAs 2022 on 30 June 2022.
The Enfranchisement & Right to Manage Awards, which is now in it's 13th year, celebrate excellence in the leasehold enfranchisement and right to manage industry.
We have listened to your feedback from 2021 and introduced some new categories for 2022 which you can view here, as well as the all important judging criteria.
Entries are now open for 2022 and the entry portal is ready for you to begin your entries!
All you need to do is register and you can enter as many categories as you like. You are also able to save your progression, exit and return as many times as you need, until you hit submit.
Please remember to carefully read the judging criteria before you start your entry and ensure you meet and cover all of the judging criteria within your entry! Our judges have stressed that entries are scored on the set criteria and this must be covered in every entry.
You have the option of submitting your entry in word or video format.
