What a summer it has been, we've been busy tendering for new clients all along the South Coast and along the M3 corridor up to London and we're proud to have been selected on some flagship estates in our region.
Following our move to bigger offices in Southampton, in the prestigious Ocean Village estate, we have seen a huge increase in enquiries and subsequent instructions, as we have proved we are here to stay and our services come highly recommended. Some of the sites we have won from our Southampton office are:
Two separate 100+ Apartment Buildings In Southampton city centre. One is a Right to Manage company and the other is a Residents Management Company. Both are within walking distance of Ocean Village, which shows that residents value the local service, which can never replace the phone or emails!
Our Southampton team also secured two 110 and 75 Freehold Estates On The Surrey & Hampshire Border. Both estates approached us following referrals and our experience managing complex estates. Due to the easy access up to the M3 and A31, our Southampton team are already managing sites in these areas, so we were able to provide the service that was currently lacking
We shouldn’t forget our Ringwood office, who have had a great Spring and Summer. They have secured the management of a 168 Apartment Estate In Dorset. We helped the residents form their Right to Manage company and held their hand as they acquired the management and guided them through everything. We won the tender based on our references and experience managing large and complex sites and estates in Dorset.
Our team also received instructions on a 52 Apartment Building near the Hampshire and Dorset border, ideal for our staff to respond quickly to issues. The Residents Management Company appointed us to take over the management following a referral.
Our teams have worked hard to help grow the business with new instructions, but we constantly strive to ensure our existing clients received the best and industry leading service possible, so we are always investing in new systems, processes, and staff.
We would also like to introduce our newest senior manager, Sarah Belsham. She has joined us recently as Regional Property Manager, to head up a large portion of our portfolio. Sarah is a very experienced, friendly and knowledgeable property manager who has experience managing some of the biggest and most complex estates in the UK, and as our portfolio is increasingly managing complex, large and demanding estates, we needed the best and the brightest.
Sarah will be supervising the property managers in our Ringwood and London offices and taking key roles in the management of the biggest estates and sites we have on our books. Our industry is facing a lot of changes and intense scrutiny over the next 3-5 years and we need to ensure Evolve Block & Estate Management Ltd is ready for the challenges.
