FirstPort, the UK’s leading residential property services provider, has appointed Phil Tyler as its new Chief Digital Officer. Phil joins FirstPort’s executive team to lead on the company’s digital transformation and IT operations.
Phil brings extensive cross-sector digital transformation experience spanning over 20 years, in roles across energy, finance, telecoms and health. His previous roles include Head of Global Programme Delivery for Gazprom Marketing & Trading, Chief Operating Officer of a digital agency and, most recently, Phil held the role of Chief Operating Officer of a digital start-up.
In his new role at FirstPort, Phil will oversee the continued rollout of FirstPort’s digital transformation programme, which includes the company’s industry-leading digital platform, integrating systems to streamline communications and optimise operations for the benefit of FirstPort’s customers, employees and partners.
Speaking about his appointment, Phil said: “I am excited to join FirstPort at a time where its digital programme is front and centre in its efforts to improve service for its customers.
