Residential property services provider, FirstPort, has retained its status as a Top Employer in the UK. FirstPort, which employs 3,300 staff across England, Scotland and Wales, has been awarded the prestigious certification by the Top Employers Institute for the fifth consecutive year.
Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent HR policies and people practices.
The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion and more.
This accreditation, based on assessments carried out in 2022, reflects FirstPort’s continued focus on its employees and ongoing commitment to developing its practices in the year ahead.
