FirstPort’s New Faces and New Roles

The UK’s largest residential property management firm, FirstPort, has announced a number of new hires to its team as well as several appointments to industry roles for their existing employees.

Martin King has been appointed Director of Business Development, Marketing and Communications to bolster FirstPort’s already strong executive board. Martin joins from CBRE Asset Services and Rating where he was Head of Business Development. With over 15 years’ experience at board level, Martin is fully equipped to take on the responsibility of delivering increased sales and sustaining company growth.

Jeremy Ogborne has also joined the team as Business Development Manager where he will play a significant role in FirstPort’s continued growth as a business. With over 27 years’ experience in the property industry, Jeremy will be responsible for building and sustaining long term relationships with new and existing clients in addition to delivering bespoke solutions in all areas of the organisation.

Additionally, two of FirstPort’s existing employees have recently gained exciting new industry roles. Felix Keen, FirstPort’s Director of Industry Engagement has become Chairman at the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) whilst FirstPort Regional Director, Don Kennedy has been appointed Vice Chair at the Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM). As the largest residential property management firm in the UK, FirstPort are proud to help shape the future direction of the industry.
