KOMAL NAIK, Solicitor, Dispute Resolution – Family Team
Komal is an Assistant Solicitor within the Dispute Resolution Team specialising in Family Law and brings with her the ability to make clients feel empowered during what is often an extremely stressful and emotional time.
Komal is a collaborative and empathetic lawyer always willing to go above and beyond to ensure her clients receive the best advice possible. Komal is both pragmatic and insightful in her approach to client matters. She takes a practical view in delivering advice to clients and ensures that her clients are well informed and supported through their instructions.

EDWARD GREEN, Solicitor, Real Estate – Enfranchisement Team
Edward is an ambitious solicitor, who qualified in September 2022 after obtaining leasehold enfranchisement experience prior to his qualification.
Edward specialises in Leasehold Enfranchisement and is based in our Real Estate department. Edward assists leaseholders and freeholders alike with both their contentious and non-contentious leasehold enfranchisement matters.
Edward’s particular area of expertise includes freehold blocks purchases. Highly skilled, Edward provides advice in relation to drafting notices, participation agreements, lease extension documents and 999-year lease completions (post completion of the purchase of freehold blocks) .
Edward prides himself on his personable nature and attention to detail when advising clients. He understands each of his client’s individual requirements, offering a tailored approach to their matters.
