JPC Law is celebrating its 10 year anniversary this year and are delighted to be going into 2018 as a full service firm having been joined by Andrew Morgan as Head of Company and Commercial and Julie Edmonds, Senior Associate specialising in Employment matters.

Andrew’s past experience has seen him assist clients on transactions in the United States, the Middle East and the Far East with his particular specialism in tier one transactional matters and corporate lending. In addition to transactional matters, Andrew has a broad experience of other corporate contexts combining his Corporate and Commercial expertise with broad Real Estate experience, both residential and commercial to include advising clients on the sales of commercial property.
Julie advises both businesses and individuals in all areas of employment law, dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters including Employment Tribunal claims, strategic exits for senior executives, settlement agreements, contracts of employment and staff handbooks, disciplinary and grievance procedures, the enforcement of post termination restrictions, discrimination, TUPE, restructuring and redundancy.
Along with their new team company and commercial team, JPC Law mark the start of the new year by relaunching their website.
