Leading Kent law firm Furley Page has announced the promotion of two new partners in a move that enhances its highly-regarded Real Estate team. 

Senior Associates Rebecca Crane and Anna Joiner have been promoted to Partner in the Commercial Property and Residential Property teams respectively. 

An experienced commercial property lawyer, Rebecca Crane joined Furley Page in July 2019 and is based at the firm’s Thames Gateway office in Chatham Dockyard. She specialises in all aspects of commercial property work and acts for a variety of clients, including businesses, individuals, developers, banks, pension fund providers, commercial landlords and tenants, charities and local authorities.

Having graduated from the University of Kent, Anna Joiner joined Furley Page in 2004 and was promoted to Associate with the firm’s Residential Property team 2013. She advises on all aspects of residential property work and specialises in complex property matters including freehold and leasehold property, transfer of equity and joint ownership agreements, and conveyancing for country houses, estates and listed buildings.

The highly-experienced team now comprises five Partners, one Senior Associate, and three Associates, together with a Legal Adviser, a Consultant and a Solicitor.
