Lee Baron moves into Greenwich Peninsula

the property managers, are delighted to announce that they have been appointed by Knight Dragon, the entrepreneurial urban regenerator, to provide strategic and day to day property management services and consultancy advice for their Greenwich Peninsula project. Knight Dragon are creating a cultural, art and design destination on the 150-acre site. Eventually this vibrant new neighborhood will have nearly 16,000 homes.   Initially Lee Baron will be working on the Upper Riverside neighbourhood which will contain over 1,000 high quality SOM-designed apartments with retail and leisure facilities in 5 striking buildings, with award winning interior design and a new concept in the level of customer and lifestyle services provided to residents, Lee Baron aim to provide an unrivalled level of property management services across all disciplines, which can be future proofed for the Peninsula.   Ian Jones, COO of Lee Baron who led the tender bid commented: ‘to work with a developer who is known for the vision and quality of their developments is inspiring.
