Ringwood-based Millstream Management Services (MMS), the leading provider of retirement housing management services in the UK, has appointed Stavros Markantonis as its new Area Manager for London East.
Stavros will be responsible for MMS’ team of Lodge Managers across its new London East region, managing retirement properties for a mixture of large and small developers, Housing Associations, Right to Manage (RTM) companies, Residents Management companies (RMC's) and investors.
Stavros is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management (MIRPM) and has twenty years’ experience in property management. In a varied career, he has been involved in all aspects of property services delivery for all residential tenures, including leasehold, having previously worked for private companies, local authorities and housing associations.
