Millstream Management Services (MMS), the leading provider of retirement housing management services in the UK, has signed the build contract for the construction of its brand new office premises in Ringwood. The construction will be carried out by local specialist contractor Jade Aden Services Ltd, and is now officially under way with a view to completing the move by January 2019.
The firm’s new offices will be built on Forest Gate Business Park in Ringwood, and will provide 19,500 sq ft of modern and well designed floor space. The new office space will enable the MMS team to achieve its plans to double the number of retirement developments it manages over the next three years.
In the 12 years since it was originally founded, MMS has grown rapidly to manage 156 retirement developments all over the UK, providing its services to over 7,300 retired people to help them live an active and sociable retirement. The company is also fast becoming a leader in the Right to Manage field and has now been appointed on this basis by a total of 21 developments (c1,000 units). MMS also provides management services for Housing Associations, investors and resident management companies.
