PBM, the leading property management company, wants to welcome James Watson MIRPM as their Regional Head of Property Management. This is the organisation’s latest commitment to making sure that outstanding service matters for every customer.
James joins us with a wealth of experience in managing large complex and very high-end luxury developments such as Embassy Gardens (link) with its famous Sky Pool. James will be overseeing a select portfolio to help us grow our presence in being the expert in providing exemplary service to the larger complex by utilising a hospitality approach to enhance the resident community, with professional property management being at the core of that service.
With a strong background in retail management and residential building and maintenance, James brings to PBM 10 years’ experience in the residential property management industry, where he worked with companies such as Consort, Rendall & Rittner, Harrods Estates and Ballymore Asset Management. He also has a wide experience working with several leading developers within the UK and Overseas Investors.
James is originally from London and a music and sports lover, and we are thrilled to welcome him as a new member of our PBM family.
