Pennycuick Collins adds luxury development to its property portfolio

Pennycuick Collins residential service charge team has recently taken over the management of a housing scheme in Wolverhampton, adding to its current property portfolio of just over 5,500 units at 156 schemes across the Midlands. 

Pennycuick Collins, an award winning, leading chartered surveyors in the West Midlands, took over the management of Belvedere Residence in Wolverhampton on Chapel Ash on Thursday 29th August. The scheme is a prestigious development of 42 apartments in the heart of Wolverhampton city centre, comprising of 12, one bedroom apartments and 30, two bedroom apartments.

Commenting on the new appointment, Dale Jones, associate director of residential service charge at Pennycuick Collins, said:
