Pennycuick Collins grows block management team

Pennycuick Collins has bolstered its residential block management team with the appointment of Property Manager Annie Egan.  Annie joins from SDL where she worked in the estate management team and has a degree in law from the University of Wolverhampton. This brings the number of professionals engaged exclusively in residential service charge and block management to 15 in total, making Pennycuick Collins one of the largest players in the Midlands market.   Speaking about joining the firm, Annie said:

“This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant team which enjoys an outstanding reputation for property management in the Midlands.”

Head of Residential Service Charge Lyndsey Cannon-Leach added:

“We are delighted to welcome Annie to our expanding, award winning team, at a time when we are continuing to see fantastic growth and recognition for providing the highest quality services at schemes managed by Pennycuick Collins.”

Pennycuick Collins now manages over 150 residential developments with around 5,500 units across the Midlands.  The firm was shortlisted in the Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards in the property management category in June 2018. The firm was also shortlisted in the national ARMA ACE Awards in July 2018 in the larger managing agents category and Peter Dening was awarded the honorary industry award recognising individuals who have made a significant contribution to the leasehold property management sector over their careers.  The ARMA Ace Awards celebrate excellence and exceptional achievement by the UK’s leading residential managing agents, partners and suppliers and the work of their people in improving the lives of thousands of leaseholders across the country.
