PM Legal partners with IRPM on fast-track Associate programme

PM Legal (a division of law firm Keebles) has partnered with the IRPM to launch the Institute’s new Fast-track Associate Programme at PM Legal’s inaugural residential conference for property managers across March 29-31 in Oxford.

Aimed at ambitious property managers who are seeking to raise standards in the residential property management sector, entry requirements for the pilot programme are a minimum of 1 year property management experience.

The three day course will be facilitated in the inspiring conference surroundings of St Hugh’s College, the University of Oxford.

Entitled ‘Multi skilling for property managers’, PM Legal’s residential conference spans hot topics such as Commonhold, Fire Strategy, preparing for FTT, VAT and on-site staff.  A powerful line up of authoritative speakers include Alan Wake, CEO of the National Leasehold Group and IRPM CEO, Andrew Bulmer.

AIRPM qualification costs and requirements

The cost for the ‘Pilot’ Fast Track Associate (AIRPM) Qualification is £185 plus additional fees for those that aren’t already members(e.g. non-members Joining Fee, and Affiliate Fee). 

  • Delegates will be given access to online learning materials
  • Delegates do not have to complete the Foundation
  • It is essential to have a minimum of 1 year Property Management experience
  • The online learning materials will comprise 11 modules with an online test for each module (20 question multi choice)
  • Delegates then sit a Final exam (short essay style, examples on our web site) on the Sunday afternoon (after the 3 day workshop)
     

The cost of the conference ticket is £350 plus vat which PM Legal has reduced to £300 plus vat for delegates attending the workshop as part of the fast-track programme. For more information on the programme, contact Kevin Fairless
