How Dual Management works is firstly for PM companies, Residential Boards or Developers to get in touch with Abbatt and arrange a meeting to agree on duties, job specs, communication and staffing levels. The staff will then be transferred to Abbatt or new staff will be hired. From here Abbatt will take care of account management, HR compliance, holiday management, staffing cover, monthly payroll and training of staff.
