Rendall & Rittner appoints new Head of Quality

Leading managing agent Rendall & Rittner has appointed Jo Dowsett as Head of Quality. This newly created role at Rendall & Rittner has been designed to develop strategies, processes, and policies that will ensure the business is delivering the highest quality of service to all customers, both internally and externally.

With 17 years of experience at Rendall & Rittner, Jo has seen the company grow from a small office in Wapping, East London to managing over 80,000 residential properties nationally. Starting as a Property Manager, Jo has worked her way up within the company and been involved in several large projects including the establishment of the Midlands regional office at Milton Keynes. Most recently, Jo’s position was as a Divisional Director.

In her role as Head of Quality, Jo will be establishing the Quality department, which will be responsible for improving the customer journey and experience. Working closely with the board of directors to determine priorities and focus areas, this role will continue to evolve to address the changing needs of the business. Jo will be looking to initially enhance internal communication and collaboration practices, whilst also reviewing current client reporting practices to better support client business requirements.
