Rendall & Rittner appoints new Technical Services Manager

Leading property management agent Rendall & Rittner has recently appointed Greg Scrivens as its new Technical Services Manager. Greg’s role will see him provide technical expertise on a range of issues, including technical consultancy and new business mobilisation across Rendall & Rittner’s extensive portfolio.

Having worked in various engineering management roles for a multi-national grains, oils and food company, Greg first entered the property management sector in 2013 keen to pursue a new challenge. Working across multiple sites with a variety of different needs, Greg was able to utilise his wealth of transferable skills whilst developing a detailed understanding of the complexity of building service requirements.

In his new role as Technical Services Manager at Rendall & Rittner, Greg will help ensure that the mechanical and electrical assets across the portfolio are maintained in accordance with statute and best practice. This includes drawing up asset lists, procuring effective and suitable contracts, and enhancing service standards across our procurement network.  Greg will also draw upon his extensive knowledge of heat networks to help manage a range of related issues including billing, maintenance, and long-term strategic maintenance planning. Greg’s experience will prove invaluable in ensuring that best practice is maintained
