SDL Bigwood has taken over the management of a number of new prestigious apartments at one of London’s most up-market addresses.
The 205 Holland Park Avenue development by Redrow is situated in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and offers a selection of two and three-bedroom homes, with prices up to £1.8m.
With a total of 50 properties, 41 are for private ownership, with a further nine affordable apartments and commercial units making up the ground floor of the development.
Property consultancy SDL Bigwood provides a full on-site management team to look after all maintenance work, as well as a concierge service to residents.
Commenting on the partnership, Brett Williams, executive partner at SDL Bigwood, said:
“We have worked alongside the team at Redrow for a number of years to help develop the service offered to residents, as well as the management plan, forming a close relationship with Redrow as a strategic business partner. It’s great to be in a position to now be able to put that management plan into action.
“205 Holland Park Avenue is exemplary on every level. This is a collection of exceptionally spacious homes in a striking building, with a number of high-tech innovations, including a vehicle turntable, CCTV and comfort cooling. The development also has its share of environmentally friendly provisions. As part of our team’s role, we’re responsible for the central heating system and making sure it runs efficiently to keep energy bills low.”
Simon Taylor, technical director at Redrow, added: “There’s a huge lifestyle element to developments such as 205 Holland Park Avenue. It’s very much experience driven living and, as such, we need high quality management partners to deliver the service levels expected of us by the residents.
“SDL Bigwood has been a key part of developing the bespoke service offering and is well placed to now deliver that plan to the highest level possible.”
205 Holland Park Avenue joins SDL Bigwood’s portfolio of 30,000 managed properties across the UK and is one of several new high-profile contracts announced by SDL Group over the past few months.
