SiteSales and Strettons Announce New Joint Venture

SiteSales Property Group and Strettons have announced the formation of a joint venture which is a partnership to provide an end-to-end new build development consultancy, marketing and sales service.

The partnership will bring together the vast experience of two specialist companies and provide market-facing advice and expertise gained from decades in dealing with substantial residential-led development sites. Their combined work will expand each independent firm’s service offering to help bring more value to clients and their development projects.

Combining the specialist multifaceted surveying, land disposal and valuation knowledge of Strettons with the development, sales and marketing expertise of SiteSales, the joint venture, officially launched on Monday 3 August 2020, will offer an end-to-end service supporting housing associations, local government and private developers in the acquisition, development and selling of new build schemes. This comprehensive service will bring benefits to developers of both private and affordable housing of new homes who are tasked with meeting London’s house building targets, speeding up the approval, acquisition and sales processes.

...

With the increasing importance of the new homes sector across London and the South East, the  partnership has been created to provide a streamlined, competitive service to project teams seeking the benefits of a single professional agency to advise on each aspect of upcoming new build schemes.

Commenting on the venture, Strettons’ Managing Director Simon Tilsiter said: “Thousands of new homes are needed across London but often their development can be delayed by developers, housing associations and local authorities having to go to several specialist companies to receive advice. Combining the expertise of Strettons and SiteSales will alleviate this problem as our professional team can advise on each of the new build scheme. This improved efficiency will help developers to save money over the course of their building project.”

Our joint land offering will be attractive to both public and private sector bodies, backed up by the highest quality sales and marketing services. The partnership will be a formidable offering to clients new and old and potentially relieve them from carrying unnecessary overheads.”
