Warwick Estates have recently acquired Base Estates, an award winning competitor from Greater Manchester.
The deal was an all-share purchase of the entire company and client base which was concentrated throughout the North West of England.

The acquisition is the first of many planned in the next 3 years and has taken the Warwick Estates client list to over 700 developments.
