Over 80 professionals from across the leasehold property sector gathered in Milton Keynes on 11–12 June 2025 for the inaugural Brethertons & Friends conference. The two-day event brought together experts, practitioners, and thought leaders for a valuable programme of discussion, insight, and collaboration.
Kicking off on Wednesday evening, attendees enjoyed a relaxed evening of networking, dinner, and entertainment – with thanks to ChargeGuru for sponsoring the bar. It was a fantastic opportunity to catch up with familiar faces and build new connections in an informal setting.
Thursday featured a packed agenda of thought-provoking sessions and engaging discussion. Highlights included panels on leaseholder control, the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act, the future of regulation and qualifications in the sector, and an inspiring keynote from former SAS operative Colin Maclachlan on leadership and resilience in times of change. Open debate was encouraged throughout the day – and we were delighted to see such active participation and knowledge-sharing from attendees.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our generous sponsors: ChargeGuru, Earl Kendrick, ILECS Lift Consultants, Intratone, Insurety, and Proptimo.
We look forward to welcoming you back again next year!
