About The Event

Following the hugely successful launch of Brethertons & Friends in June 2025, the event will return in 2026, once again bringing together leasehold property professionals from across the country for two days of insight, collaboration, and connection.

Last year, more than 80 professionals gathered in Milton Keynes for an inspiring programme of discussion and debate. From expert panels on the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act, regulation, and leaseholder control, to a keynote on leadership and resilience from former SAS operative Colin Maclachlan, the event set a new benchmark for practical knowledge-sharing in the sector. Alongside the formal agenda, attendees enjoyed a relaxed evening of networking, dinner, and entertainment, creating plenty of opportunities to connect with peers in a welcoming environment.

In 2026, we look forward to building on this strong foundation with an even more ambitious programme. Expect high-level insight from leading experts, fresh perspectives on the challenges and opportunities facing the sector, and plenty of time for open discussion and debate. As ever, the event will also provide excellent networking opportunities, with a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere at its heart.
