About The Event

Brethertons & Friends is a two-day conference for property management professionals working in residential leasehold and block management. Expert speakers from the team at Brethertons Solicitors are joined by specialists from across the industry, plus a keynote speaker, to cover the topics that matter most to managing agents.

The conference is designed to equip delegates with the latest updates, expert insights and practical strategies for navigating an ever-changing leasehold landscape. The aim is for you to leave with clarity, the right tools and a plan of action, backed by insights from the sector’s leading voices.

Brethertons & Friends will return on 9-10 June 2027 at Kents Hill Park Training & Conference Centre in Milton Keynes, following the success of our second annual event.

Looking back at 2026

More than 100 professionals from across the residential leasehold and block management sector joined us on 3-4 June 2026 for a packed programme of expert insight, lively debate, practical discussion and valuable networking. Thank you to everyone who attended and to our generous sponsors.

The event reinforced the importance of collaboration, knowledge-sharing and open conversation within the industry, and we can’t wait to build on it in 2027.

A few words from Mark North, Partner at Brethertons Solicitors, reflecting on 2026:

“Block and estate management is an increasingly complex environment which can very easily make operators feel as though they face these challenges alone. What we have attempted to do, and seemingly achieved, is to put some of those managing agents into a room and provide them with a platform and an opportunity to discuss the challenges and collectively seek solutions. Listening to the feedback to date, this year’s event has been a hands down success. The engagement we experienced was every bit as good as we could have hoped for. With so many takeaways it’s hard to sum up the experience although I think Andrew Bulmer said it best, ‘You’re not alone. You’ve got this’.”

Early Bird Tickets are now available to book for the 2027 conference below until 31 January 2027.
