The residential landscape is shifting, and with it comes a wave of new legislation designed to benefit residents, communities, and the sector as a whole. In this session, we will explore the key aspects of the new legislation, highlight the opportunities it brings, and outline the areas where clarity is still needed. Our aim is to give you a clear overview of the direction of travel, the benefits on offer, and the issues still open for discussion.
If you want to understand what’s changing, what’s promised, and what’s still to come, this session will provide the insight you need to stay ahead of the conversation about Residential Evacuation Plans.
