Estate management company MetroPM has been appointed to manage the maintenance and day-to-day running of a major purpose-built apartment development in Coventry.
Beauchamp House, in Greyfriars Lane in the city centre, was built in 2005 and comprise five blocks housing 136 apartments. MetroPM will be working closely with the client, Beauchamp House RTM Ltd.
Ian Smallman, director of MetroPM, said: “Beauchamp House RTM went to tender and wanted an agent who are experienced in managing complex schemes.
“Another important factor was engaging an agent who was able to progress major works projects, ensuring compliance with M&E and one that had a proven track record of providing excellent customer service to leaseholders.”
MetroPM will be responsible for management of the site staff, ensuring they are supported, and management of site contractors, working in partnership to ensure best value.
Mr Smallman added: “We are delighted to have been appointed and look forward to working with the directors. We have scheduled regular meetings with the client and will be progressing a number of projects.”
MetroPM has offices in Birmingham and Cheltenham and is responsible for the management of apartment developments across England.
