Rendall & Rittner appoints new Community Engagement Officer

Rendall & Rittner has recently appointed Denzil Baisden as its new Community Engagement Officer. His role will be key to strengthening the sense of community experienced by residents living in developments managed by the leading managing agent.

After spending five years working as a hotel concierge for Hilton, Denzil first moved to Rendall & Rittner in 2009. Initially working as a member of the concierge team, Denzil moved to the Head Office to work in the Estate Operations team. Having briefly left to work as an Account Manager for Abbatt Property Recruitment, he returned to Rendall & Rittner in 2019 as Divisional Operations Manager. Denzil also works as a school governor and has volunteering experience at a YMCA community centre.

His new role at Rendall & Rittner will allow Denzil to combine his passions for customer service, community building, and photography. With a commitment to providing high-quality services to its residents, Rendall & Rittner has been delivering a range of community events for many years. While his predecessor Mark Gomes has moved to another part of the business, Denzil will focus on a series of events for residents across Rendall & Rittner’s nationwide property portfolio, which includes over 80,000 residential units under its management.

With Easter and the Queen’s Jubilee both rapidly approaching, I’ll be getting stuck into the diverse range of events currently being planned.”
