Leading managing agent Rendall & Rittner has appointed Parimal Patel as Group Chief Financial Officer. A highly experienced executive in the global real estate advisory sector, Parimal has previously held senior roles Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle. He has been working with Rendall & Rittner as a consultant over the past year and now joins the group board.
With a portfolio of over 80,000 units under management, Rendall & Rittner is one of the UK’s fastest growing property management companies. Recent financial investment puts the business in an even better position to expand its market share and national presence. Parimal will be instrumental in supporting the success of the business strategy. His remit includes all finance related activities including implementing the reorganisation of client accounting.
Parimal has built a successful career in world class global professional services, real estate advisory and investment businesses spanning more than 30 years. He has held high profile board roles as CFO for UK, Ireland and Northern Europe at Cushman & Wakefield; and CFO and COO of Jones Lang LaSalle for UK and Ireland, as well as positions working for Workspace Group and UPP.
