Rendall & Rittner appoints new Utilities Team Manager

Leading managing agent Rendall & Rittner has recently appointed Mike Poshteh as Utilities Team Manager. With over 80,000 residential properties nationally, Mike’s appointment will enhance the company’s ability to procure sustainable and cost-effective utility solutions for the developments it manages and ultimately its customers and clients.

With almost 10 years of experience, Mike brings an assortment of specialist subject knowledge to the role. Mike previously worked as an Operations Manager at Alfa Energy Ltd (an Edison Energy Company) where he was responsible for servicing managing agents in the Residential, Mixed Use and Commercial Sectors. In this role, Mike performed a variety of services including ESG Advisory, Tendering, Commercial Arrangements and Siteworks. Having developed his understanding of sustainable practices, Mike was also a trusted advisor on complex issues such as new solar panel systems and electric vehicle points.

In his new position, Mike will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of utilities across the Rendall & Rittner portfolio and will be involved in procurement, billing, and commissions. Working closely with colleagues in Rendall & Rittner’s in-house utilities management team, Mike will combine his strong understanding of the market with regular analysis to ensure a comprehensive knowledge of changing market conditions and the impact that this will have for clients and customers.
