deverellsmith, the global recruitment and talent solutions partner to the real estate and construction industries, has made two key appointments to accelerate its national growth strategy and further establish its reputation as the UK’s trusted talent advisor.

Censa Caird has been appointed Head of UK Client Success, recognising over a decade of contribution to deverellsmith and a proven record in delivering outstanding results for clients. In this strategic role, Censa will focus on driving business growth and strengthening deverellsmith’s position as a trusted partner. In addition, Aaron Higgins has rejoined deverellsmith as National Head of Development and Construction, marking his return after six years with the business before 2018.

“These appointments mark an exciting next chapter for deverellsmith,” said Censa. “I’m proud to support deverellsmith’s next phase of growth and continue delivering exceptional results for both our clients and people.”

“Our focus is simple, delivering the best experience possible,” added Aaron Higgins. “By investing in people and technology, we’re creating a more efficient and connected service that supports clients and candidates wherever they are.” The expansion follows the national rollout of deverellsmith’s Estate Agency division, which strengthened both deverellsmith and its sister brand Hintel’s regional footprint, while investing in deeper relationships with customers.

This investment in growth and innovation aligns with deverellsmith’s mission to be the most trusted, supportive, and empowering talent advisor globally. The company’s ongoing commitment to its people has also been recognised with an ‘Excellent Employee Experience’ accreditation in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work For report.
