Allison Thompson is Group Lettings Managing Director at LRG, one of the UK’s largest property services companies, where she leads the nationwide lettings network and drives growth, strategy, and standards across the business.

With more than 30 years in the property sector, Allison is widely recognised as an authority on the private rented sector. She also sits on the Board of Propertymark, the UK’s leading professional body for property agents, where she contributes to industry standards and policy development.

Allison regularly shares insight on legislation, market trends, and the future of renting, with a focus on how policy, technology, and consumer expectations continue to shape the sector.

Andrew Banister launched Earl Kendrick’s northern office in Manchester in 2017, and now leads the firm’s work across the north and central England, working with clients in both the residential and commercial sectors. 

He has a passion for buildings, particularly those of historic, architectural or special importance, like the Manchester Town Hall and all its gothic features. But as well as appreciating the aesthetics of architecture, he also relishes the challenge of undertaking complex major works projects on buildings of any kind. His varied experience in the property business means he is able to view a project from both the surveyor’s and client’s perspective, to the benefit of all stakeholders. Andrew has successfully overseen projects that demand advanced technical expertise, innovative solutions, and meticulous coordination. His work spans residential towers, mixed-use developments, and intricate commercial structures 

Andrew obtained his Degree in Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University and is a chartered building surveyor and an associate of the Institute of Fire Engineers. Andrew continues to further his knowledge, relevant to the Leasehold sector; Andrew has completed the RICS External Wall Assessor course, has obtained level 3 ABBE Award in Damp, Mould and Condensation in Buildings, holds a qualification to act as an Expert Witness and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Façade Design.

13 years working in the property industry picking up experience in sales, lettings and property management. Completed a Level 3 certificate in Residential sales as well as a Level 3 Certificate in Residential Lettings and Property Management and Level 3 in inventory management and practice via propertymark. I have also just qualified in level 4 estate agency management via Propertymark.
