Denis brings over a decade of automotive experience to his role as Managing Director of ChargeGuru UK & Ireland. His background includes roles at Hyundai, where he developed a passion for alternative fuels, and later at Pod Point, where he focused specifically on the UK's EV charging market. This deep industry knowledge now underpins his work in helping to expand the country's “at home” charging infrastructure.
Having launched the ChargeGuru brand and business to the UK market, Denis’ work now focuses on removing the barriers to electrification, particularly within multi-unit buildings like apartment and office blocks. ChargeGuru’s Fully Funded Solution (FFS) is at the forefront of this focus, by addressing the critical need for fair and affordable charging solutions at home and at work, for residents and commercial tenants alike.

Shaun is a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner and Chartered Building Engineer with over 25 years of experience in health, safety, and fire risk management. In addition to his role as Quality Assurance & Strategy Director at Tetra, Shaun is a visiting academic at the University of Greenwich and Middlesex University, and he serves as an external examiner at the University of Malta. He is actively involved with The Property Institute and the Building Safety Alliance, focusing on the impacts of emerging legislation on building safety. Shaun currently holds the position of Vice-Chair of the IOSH Construction Group Committee. His ongoing research interests include ethics, leadership, education, and competence in health, safety, and fire practice within the built environment.

With decades of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, he has a deep understanding of the challenges teams face on-site and has helped oversee the growth of six specialist divisions, giving him the expertise to lead complex projects from the ground up.

 

Jamie now leads the company’s EV division, Future EV Connected, offering a comprehensive service for residential blocks - from planning and design to installation, funding support, and ongoing maintenance of EV charging points. His extensive background in energy-saving solutions, renewables, and EV charging ensures that Future EV Connected delivers sustainable and compliant infrastructure tailored to the needs of property managers and leaseholders.

Jodie Fraser is the Managing Director at JMJ Asset Management, where she leads the company and oversees all aspects of its operations. With two decades of experience in the property sector, Jodie is passionate about raising standards, promoting professionalism, and improving the wellbeing of those working in property management. 

Alongside her work at JMJ, Jodie is the founder and host of the podcast Beyond Four Walls, which shines a light on the people behind property, exploring topics such as leadership, mental health, resilience, and personal growth.

Jodie is also a strong advocate for mental health awareness, women in business, and creating safer workplaces. She is the Chair of Trustees of the Hollie Gazzard Trust and works to champion respect and safety within the property industry.
