His background includes roles at Hyundai, where he developed a passion for alternative fuels, and later at Pod Point, where he focused specifically on the UK's EV charging market. This deep industry knowledge now underpins his work in helping to expand the country's “at home” charging infrastructure.

Shaun is a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner and Chartered Building Engineer with over 25 years of experience in health, safety, and fire risk management. In addition to his role as Quality Assurance & Strategy Director at Tetra, Shaun is a visiting academic at the University of Greenwich and Middlesex University, and he serves as an external examiner at the University of Malta. He is actively involved with The Property Institute and the Building Safety Alliance, focusing on the impacts of emerging legislation on building safety. Shaun currently holds the position of Vice-Chair of the IOSH Construction Group Committee. His ongoing research interests include ethics, leadership, education, and competence in health, safety, and fire practice within the built environment.

This strategic initiative is designed to solve the "EV gap" for the property sector by providing end-to-end charging infrastructure at zero cost to freeholders and property managers.
